The journey

We will start by sitting down with you to hear your aspirations and dreams for your build, so we can achieve what is important to you. We will keep in touch with you, every step of the way over the phone or via email. Our project management system provides real-time communication within our team and online access to your job via our iPads onsite.

Through this portal your build photos are taken throughout the build and stored on our system for easy access. Build schedules and timeframes can be viewed and worked towards by all onsite, using our user-friendly project management system. Alongside regular updates online, we love to catch up onsite weekly and share the progress with you, so you can see how everything is running.

Quality workmanship

Precise Builders belongs to the New Zealand Certified Builders Association (NZCB). The NZCB is an organisation that is well-recognised in the industry, as a marker of the highest building standards, knowledge, skills and expertise demonstrated by all members.

This means your biggest investment is backed by Halo - New Zealand’s most comprehensive 10-year residential guarantee. This unique, independent building cover is only available to people who build or renovate with an NZCB Approved Builder. With signed documentation from NZCB, you are covered in the unlikely event something happens, so you will not be left out of pocket.

A safe environment

Precise Builders is committed to looking after the health and safety of not just our team, but you, your family, and the general public as well. We have an in-house health and safety officer who carries out regular random site checks to ensure our sites are run in a safe and orderly manner. As an added safety measure, we use Hazardco technology to help manage our onsite health and safety records.

Free interior design consultation

Build your home with us and we will present you with a three-hour interior design consultation with Carolyn Prier from the award-winning Caro Design, for FREE. Offer only valid for all large, full home renovations and new builds.

Free full professional clean

Although we have a safe and clean worksite policy, it is a building site that produces a lot of dust! We know how exciting it is to walk into your newly completed home, so for all full home renovations and new builds, we offer a FREE full interior clean, to ensure everything is dust free, sparkling and immaculate when you get your keys. Our cleaning team will ensure your home is spotless, from the walls to the floors, windows, joinery fittings and fixtures - everything will be sparkling.
