In order to realise the vision of the client, the whole building needed to be completely earthquake strengthened, upgraded and refurbished – including an entire new roof and gutter structure. This comprehensive conversion from what was offices into a loft style apartment has a NYC vibe styled with contemporary, casual luxury. 

Enter through the front lobby to high ceilings, over height doors, and light flooded, spacious living rare in the usual apartment offering.
